Your data

Delete your account

Last updated 27 October 2026

You can delete your Chord Suno account and your data yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website. This page is where to do it. Deleting is permanent.

Checking who is signed in…

What is deleted

  • Your account: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier, and every place you are signed in.
  • Your library: the songs you played and favourited, and your history.
  • Your progress: XP, level, streak and badges.
  • Your ratings and any comments you wrote about songs.
  • The count of new songs you started each day.
  • Audio files you uploaded, and the chords worked out from them, unless somebody else uploaded the same file and still has it.
  • A paid plan is cancelled the moment you delete the account, and no further payment is taken.

What is kept

  • Records of payments (the plan, the dates and amounts, and the identifiers Razorpay gave them) are kept for as long as accounting, tax and the law require. They no longer have your name or email on them.
  • The chords worked out for a YouTube song stay, because they belong to the song, not to you. They hold nothing about you.
  • Short-term server logs, until they are cleared in the normal course. They are not linked to your account once it is gone.

If you cannot sign in

Write to yantrixlab@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We will delete your account and reply to confirm, within 30 days. If you never created an account, we hold no personal data about you apart from short-term server logs.

More about the data we hold is in our Privacy Policy.
